Samantha is THE BEST OF THE BEST!! My husband and I was working with another agent for 2 months and put in 6 offers but all we got was disappointment after disappointment. The agent wouldn't explore other ways to help us aside from checking the MLS and I felt defeated so I decided to move on. We had a consultation with Samantha and I made sure to ask whether she is able and willing to help us beyond what's available on the MLS and she provided several examples of how she can help. Within 2 weeks (our second offer with her) we were in contract!!! I couldn't believe it!! Samantha is extremely responsive, works well via text/email/call, informs you why the seller is selling while we are touring the home, and works to understand what you're looking for and provide you with options/ideas. She is able to advise whether homes are overpriced and work to see whether we have a shot at getting a home on the higher end of our budget. She works with the listing agent and constantly follows up to gauge our competition and provides advice on how we should structure our offer, once the offer is in, she will consistently follow up with the agent on status. She even helped us write a letter to the seller without us knowing! Once in contract, she sends you a timeline of what to expect and will remind you of the deadlines. Samantha helped us buy our first home this year and she was such an amazing person to work with. She is so responsive (texts, calls, emails, all responded to immediately)--this really helps since buying a home is such an intense process. She grew up in SF so she really understands the nuances between neighborhoods (and even blocks within neighborhoods). She was so welcoming of our children coming along and never made them feel like they were in the way. She knows someone for everything--she connected us to a mortgage lender and once we were in the home, she helped us find a handy man to do some work before we moved in. She really payed attention to what we liked and didn't and helped guide us towards homes we loved. We've been living in our place for a few months now and are so grateful for her help getting us here. Recommend 100%!

Samantha is AMAZING! My husband I made the GREAT decision (sarcasm) to start looking for a house during the COVID era. Everything was more complicated and difficult to coordinate, but Samantha made it happen! She happily trekked her way across the bay, with no complaints, almost every weekend so she can show us homes in Oakland. When she could not accommodate our schedule, she made sure to find someone to go with us. She was very transparent and had great communication with all parties every step of the way. She even had to deal with my freak out and phone raging when we were putting in our first offer! She was such a calming presence during such a big moment in our life.
